Inspired by the textures of the natural world, this bowl is carved by hand into a pattern of irregular lines like bark. Made to hold fruit, gathered things or floating blooms.

Hand-built and carved by me, then finished in a white satin glaze.

Shaped slowly and intuitively, so no two pieces are the same. Colours may also vary slightly depending on light and screen.

Dimensions: 190mm W x 125mm H
Material: stoneware, white satin glaze
Watertight
