These mugs are designed to feel like drinking from a sculpted piece of stone - grounding, weighty, and textured. Inspired by the checkered floors seen while travelling, its pattern carries memory, a reminder of places that stay with you.

Due to the handmade nature of each piece, every cup is slightly unique. You may not receive the exact cup pictured, but one with its own quiet character.

How much does it cost?

$12 AUD

Shipping is included within Australia.
There is an international shipping fee of $4 AUD.

When will Notes of Nourishment ship each month?

Notes for Nourishment is open for subscription all month long.
Subscribe by the 18th to receive the following month’s edition.

Subscriptions placed after the 18th will begin with the following month’s Notes for Nourishment.

All orders are lovingly packed and shipped by the 25th of each month.

When to expect your snail mail:

Australia: 2–5 business days
International: 7–21 business days

Can I cancel?

Yes, you can always cancel.

In the customer portal, you can cancel your subscription and make adjustments to your information. 

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds/returns on this product, but you can always cancel your subscription for future months. 

Will I be charged automatically every month?

Yes! you will be charged on the day you sign up. For future months, your subscription will automatically renew on the same date as your initial order.

If you choose the prepaid annual option, payment is charged upfront for the full year and will renew on the same date the following year.

What kind of recipes does Notes of Nourishment include?

Recipes will be simple, nourishing, and seasonal. Some sent in by members, others developed by me. Often built around a hero ingredient, mostly plant-forward, with occasional meat or fish and thoughtful vegetarian options.
